This scholarship was established in the fall of 2017 to honor the life of Sam Strahan, and to continue his legacy of integrity, generosity, and community involvement. This is a one-time award of $1000.
All Freeman High School seniors that have plans to further their education at an accredited institution are encouraged to submit an application. This scholarship focuses on rewarding students with a background in civic involvement and community service.
All applications must be returned to the Southeast Spokane County Fair on or before May 15th. Please see the official application, below.
